What a wonderful day worshiping together at West Hill yesterday! As we hit the home stretch of preparing for our missions trip, the West Hill family gathered around our group, laid hands on us and prayed for us as we go representing Jesus Christ, our families and our church. It was very encouraging for our group to have the prayer and financial support from so many. This was such a special and wonderful time together!!!!
In less than 3 days we will continue on our Joyous Journey to Japan! I hope to continue to update this blog as we move along each day so keep checking in. We've been told that there is limited internet reception but we will strive to do our best in keeping up with what is taking place.

Please keep praying for us. Specifically pray that the Japanese government will let our packages be delivered. We sent them awhile ago and they want to tax them because they think we are reselling or making profit from the items we are bringing in. Chris has never had an issue with this but since the tsunami they seem to be taxing everything from Korea and America. (Little do they know that we are giving it all away for free!!!!!--we are trying to tell them but they want their money.)
